The October 29 episode of WWE NXT saw Rhea Ripley left in a bloody mess by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Footage from the attack can be seen below this news story, with NXT officials on hand to tend to the fallen Ripley.
WWE has since announced that Ripley suffered “a fractured right orbital socket” as a result of the attack.
The announcement also noted that Ripley will be “out of action for an undisclosed amount of time” due to the storyline attack.
Ripley has commented about the injury on Twitter, sharing posts of two x-ray images, as can be seen below, posting:

In the wake of the attack in the NXT car park, Morgan took to Twitter to mock Ripley
The Women’s World Champion also recently revealed that she has signed a new five-year WWE contract.
At the time of writing, it isn’t known when Rhea Ripley will return to WWE television, though WrestleTalk will cover developments as they emerge.
